Long-distance car service

When the trip is longer than a ride across town

Most of our rides stay within Greater Philadelphia, but not all of them. We drive to Newark Liberty and JFK airports, and we take other long-distance trips as well, including out of state in some cases. If you would rather not drive several hours yourself, or you want to work or rest on the way, a private car is a comfortable way to do it.

We are based in Villanova, PA, with quick access to the Blue Route (I-476), the Pennsylvania Turnpike and I-95, which are the roads most long trips from here begin on.

Trips to ask us about

• New York and New Jersey airports. See our pages for Newark (EWR) and JFK.
• New York City. A meeting, a show or a cruise departure, with no train transfers.
• The Jersey Shore and Atlantic City.
• Other out-of-state destinations. We take these in some cases. Ask us about yours.

What we need to know

Long trips need a little more planning than a local ride, so the more you tell us, the better the quote.

1. The full pickup and drop-off addresses
2. The date and the time you need to arrive
3. Whether it is one way, a same-day return or a return on another day
4. The number of passengers and bags
5. Any stops along the way

One way, wait and return, or two separate rides

If you are staying a few hours, it can make sense for the driver to wait and bring you back. If you are staying overnight or longer, we would plan two separate rides. Tell us your schedule and we will lay out the options in your quote.

Our vehicles

You will ride in a sedan or an SUV. Each seats two to five passengers. For a long drive with several people and luggage, an SUV gives everyone more room. Larger groups can be arranged on request.

Common questions

Do you drive out of state?

Yes, in some cases. We drive to Newark and JFK airports, and we take other out-of-state trips depending on the destination and date. Send the details and we will tell you.

Can the driver wait and bring me back the same day?

Often, yes. Tell us how long you expect to be and we will quote a wait-and-return or two separate rides.

How far ahead should I request a long trip?

As early as possible. A long trip takes a driver and vehicle for most of a day, so we need to plan around it.

Can I make stops on the way?

Yes. List them in your request so the quote includes them.
